Nate Shields has been in real estate since 2013…first as a real estate agent and soon after, as a real estate investor.

 

He has flipped, wholesaled, and invested in long-term rentals over the past seven years.

 

Nate has also written and worked for BiggerPockets, the premier real estate investing educational and content provider online.

 

He is married to Michelle and has two precocious children, Calvin and Savannah. They live in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado.
